Effective: Dec. 13, 2021 – The U.S. Department of Energy issues Weatherization Program Notice 22-1 annually to specifically address changes from one program year to the next. The content of this document, as well as its two attachments, provides programmatic information to weatherization managers to develop a WAP Grantee Plan to ensure that funds are dispersed to weatherization providers in a timely manner.
