HEP Offerings: Quality Control Inspector

 

Summary:

The Building Performance Center (BPC) is a Division of the Opportunity Council a Community Action Agency (CAA)in Bellingham WA. The BPC serves as a building performance contractor, weatherization provider and technical training entity, in addition it provides diagnostic services, indoor air quality problem mitigation and energy efficiency retrofits.

Under contract with Washington Trade and Economic Development (CTED) The BPC provides training in all aspects of weatherization to crews and contractors throughout the state. Courses sessions are usually 2 day workshops with classroom and field work combined. Typical session titles include Combustion Safety, Blower Door and Shell Sealing, Moisture and Ventilation etc. Training Sessions are both in Bellingham and throughout the state where we travel to the host agency and use their equipment, housing stock and personnel to create a real hands on experience. We do the work we train others to do.
