The IWTC was constructed in 2009 as a place to train the State of Utah’s Weatherization Assistance Program. Using the “House as a Whole System” approach, this 14,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility is equipped to provide practical “hands on” training to technicians for making existing homes more energy efficient.
