NEW RELEASE! DRAFT White Paper on Performance Management for Community Action

This is the first draft of the white paper by the ROMA Center of Excellence (COE). We adjusted the initial release date to allow for an internal review by the Federal Office of Community Services and a panel of performance management and measurement experts.

The white paper includes an updated draft Theory of Change for Community Action as well as suggestions for enhancing how we measure the impact of Community Action, as a whole, and the impact of CSBG dollars, specifically.
