What is T/TA?

Training & Technical Assistance, or T/TA, includes learning, guidance, facilitation, and customized support designed to help programs strengthen operations and improve results.

What do we offer?

NASCSP offers tailored, contracted technical assistance, member training, organizational assessments, leadership development, process improvement support, and communities of practice.

How does engagement Works?

Once you submit a training request form, NASCSP will begin with a discovery conversation to discuss your goals, needs, timeline, and challenges. From there, NASCSP will develop a proposed scope, including the approach, deliverables, and timeline. Once the work is confirmed through the appropriate approval or payment process, NASCSP will deliver the agreed-upon support or training.

How does contracted T/TA differ from what is included with NASCSP Membership?

NASCSP membership includes general technical assistance, standard webinars, access to the resource library, office hours, communities of practice, and member communications. Tailored contracted T/TA provides more customized support, including organization-specific consulting, customized facilitation, program assessments, strategic planning, operational redesign, and long-term implementation support.
