Our work is grounded in strong foundations, including program integrity, community trust, and proven strategies. This year's theme, From Roots to Reach, reflects our commitment to building on that foundation while pushing forward and expanding what is possible for the communities we serve and the network that supports them. The NASCSP 2026 Annual Training Conference brings together state administrators of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), community action leaders, policymakers, advocates, and partners from across the nation to connect, collaborate, and ignite powerful conversations about overcoming challenges, driving innovation, and enhancing accountability in the fight to reshape the narrative of poverty.
