Today DOE released WAP Memorandum 036: Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector Scheme Updates. This memorandum addresses the 2018 update of the QCI and Energy Auditor (EA) certification schemes and how that will affect weatherization personnel. It includes an attachment: GHEP Brochure.
