The Ann Kagie CSBG Award

The NASCSP Board presents this award each year to recognize outstanding and significant contributions to the Community Services Block Grant program, dedication and commitment to the constituencies we serve, and leadership and advocacy for the network. A few past recipients of this award have been:

The James Gardner Weatherization Award

The NASCSP Board presents this award annually to recognize leadership achievement at the national, State or local level that makes a positive impact on the Weatherization community through either policy, technological or programmatic contributions. Recipients of the award have each played a key role in the planning and design of new initiatives and have demonstrated dedication and commitment to his/her constituency as a leader and advocate for Weatherization. The Jean Diggs Weatherization Champion Award

The NASCSP Board announced this new prestigious award when recognizing Jean for her tireless accomplishments as a Weatherization Champion at our 2012 Mid-Winter Conference, shortly after her retirement. The Board decided that the Weatherization Champion Award, given only on limited special occasions, to an individual who is a true champion for the cause of Weatherization, would be renamed in honor of Jean and called the Jean Diggs Weatherization Champion Award.
