Weatherization Services Project Manager – Slipstream

Posted 1 month ago

Slipstream is a national, mission-driven organization that accelerates climate solutions. For everyone. We inspire new solutions to big energy challenges. We are seeking a Technical Services Project Manager, to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of various weatherization focused projects in support of local program provider and contractor staff as they work to truly make an impact!

Do you want to build an equitable clean energy future? Do you have experience and knowledge of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)? Do you have a basic understanding of building science principles and energy efficiency retrofit measures? Do you possess strong leadership and facilitation skills? Have you cross functional team and communication skills? Then, Slipstream needs you.

We partner with governments, philanthropies, and utilities to discover, test, and scale new solutions that save – and decarbonize – energy. We collaborate with communities of color, rural communities, and tribal nations to address historic inequities in the health and economic benefits of clean energy. We’re optimistic, inclusive, and ambitious about our impact.

Our ideal Technical Services Project Manager has experience in project and team management, developing supporting processes and materials, and organizing multiple priorities. Show us how you collaborate and how you include under-represented perspectives to drive better ideas.

We encourage candidates from different backgrounds. You are the key to the success of our organization by demonstrating our values, engaging in our mission, and creating results that will produce enduring economic and environmental benefits for all. Our physical office is in Madison, WI. While this is a remote position, the Technical Services Project Manager will need to regularly come into the Madison office and will also be required to travel to support training and other technical assistance activities primarily within Wisconsin.
