Weatherization Program Monitor

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is hiring a Weatherization Program Monitor to conduct compliance inspections, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure weatherization services meet state and federal requirements. This full-time role also provides training and technical assistance to subrecipients and supports program policies and contracted services. The position is based in Helena, with other Montana locations considered, and requires 25% travel. Partial telework within Montana may be available.

Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be considered. BPI Quality Control Inspector certification with weatherization inspection experience is highly preferred at hire; certification must otherwise be completed within nine months. The salary is $30.55 per hour.
