The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is hiring a WAP Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Weatherization Assistance Program and related State Energy Program grants. This Atlanta-based position manages program administration, budgets, contracts, grant applications, reporting, compliance, and technical assistance. The Program Manager will also work closely with 14 service providers across Georgia, monitor program performance, review invoices and financial reports, and coordinate with contractors, state agencies, funders, and other partners.
Candidates should have a four-year college degree and at least two years of experience managing administrative or program support activities in a business or government setting. Related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. A degree in environmental studies, economics, business, or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience are preferred. The salary range is $72,000–$76,000. GEFA may hire at the Program Manager 3 level, with a salary range of $93,000–$97,000, based on the selected candidate’s qualifications. The position will remain open until filled.
