The Colorado Energy Office is hiring a Senior Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance, supervise technical staff, and support statewide Weatherization Assistance Program compliance, training, and improvement.

Candidates must have three years of relevant experience and two years of direct supervisory experience within the past five years. Quality Control Inspector (QCI) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire, is preferred.

This full-time position is based in the Denver metro area, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least one office day per week. The annual starting salary is $95,014.40–$105,019.20.
