Management Analyst III (Fiscal Representative)
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is hiring a Fiscal Representative/Management Analyst lll in the Division of Livable Communities in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time, hybrid role supports financial oversight and compliance for federal, state, and capital-funded programs. Responsibilities include fiscal monitoring, contract and payment review, spending reports, expenditure tracking, and technical assistance to subrecipients and contractors. Statewide travel may be required.
Candidates should have at least four years of related experience in fiscal analysis, budget analysis, program administration, or financial management, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Experience with accounting, audits, compliance monitoring, spreadsheets, and state financial systems is preferred. The salary range is $78,834.86–$115,284.78 annually.
