Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and contractors, overseeing program quality, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree, five years of management and supervisory experience, and ten years of industry or related experience. Knowledge of residential building science is required; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
