The Minnesota Department of Commerce is hiring an Administrative Compliance Monitor in the Energy Equity Programs division in St. Paul, Minnesota. This full-time, hybrid role supports oversight of Weatherization Assistance Program service providers through administrative and fiscal monitoring, technical assistance, grant administration, and review of compliance with DOE, Minnesota WAP, and state program requirements. Travel may be required up to 25%.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in compliance monitoring, program management, or grant management, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Experience with government-funded programs, policy implementation, service provider coordination, energy conservation, building science, or the Weatherization Assistance Program is preferred.
