CSBG TTA Center

CSBG Clearinghouse

The CSBG TTA Center was developed in conjunction with the Community Action Partnership (the Partnership) as an effort to coordinate national TTA efforts and associated with NASCSP?s National State Performance Management Clearinghouse and the Partnership?s National Risk Mitigation and Quality Improvement Training and Technical Assistance Center. This exciting project contains a broad array of resources intended to assist Community Action Agencies, CSBG State Associations, and CSBG State Offices in their important anti-poverty work. The CSBG TTA Center allows electronic submission of requests for training or technical assistance, ensures the coordination of resources, and allow experts to meet the training and technical assistance needs of the CAA network. The database contains the following modules:

  • Consultant Bank

The Consultant Bank consists of qualified organizations and/or individuals who can provide training and technical assistance to the Community Action Network in various areas including Leadership, Strategic Planning, Governance, and Results Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA).

  • Resource Bank

The Resource Bank provides a broad array of evidence-based, evidence-informed, and exemplary practice program models. These models can be replicated by the network to improve outcomes and demonstrate the effectiveness of Community Action programs. The Resource Bank also contains toolkits and guidebooks developed by national TTA providers including CAPLAW and the Partnership, which can be used for CSBG program administration.

  • Shared Calendar

The shared calendar provides users with an interactive calendar of events pertaining to the network. Users will also be able to submit events to be placed on the shared calendar.

  • Discussion Forum

The discussion forum provides federal, State, and local partners the opportunity to engage with other users about important topics that impact the CSBG network. Users have the opportunity to start a discussion, or moderators may start a discussion and users have the opportunity to provide input.

We strongly encourage you to access the CSBG TTA Center to explore how this online database can be useful to you in your daily work.
