The FY 2013 CSBG IS Survey is due to your NASCSP CSBG Regional Specialist by March 31, 2014. However, if you are able to submit the Survey earlier, we will be accepting them on a rolling basis, as soon as the database is ready.

This year, the Training & Technical Assistance Survey and the Section B Eligible Entity List are built into the Access database and will not require separate submissions.

 

FY 2013 CSBG IS Survey Access Database

(REQUIRED; released January 2014):

State-specific databases will be distributed via email to State CSBG Administrators January 15 – 17, 2014.

Submission will be done through the CSBG IS Submission Form.

This survey is no longer a separate document and is built into the Access database.

FY 2013 Section B Eligible Entity List

(REQUIRED):

This list is no longer a separate document and is built into the Access database.

Pre-Cleaning Memos:

New comment boxes make it easy to comment on year-to-year variances, targeting results, and other data points in each Section. Section-specific notes and instructions are built into the database – just click on the link. These comments are linked to the Diagnostic Tools, which are enhanced from last year and designed to streamline data checks for States before final submission.
