Layer that with the mental and physical stress of navigating a global pandemic and heightening racial tensions across the nation, and we are bound to feel socially and emotionally drained. Join us for motivational session on maintaining self-care while dealing with trauma.
Monitoring is a crucial component to the health of the WAP. This session will cover the most recent guidance on monitoring procedures as well as a tour of a grantee's tracking system that streamlines the reporting from different monitors.

This session explores how State administrators can assume a leadership role in the fight against poverty through their creation of linkages and provision of support so that programs work together at the state level. This session will explore and shed light on the prevailing, residual effects of systemic racism in America and offer insight on how to combat it.
DOE Weatherization Assistance Program managers will provide an overview of the federal requirements related to vehicle and equipment procurement and disposal. This session will focus on purchase/leasing options, disposal, and compliance with depreciation cycles and reporting.
Listen to peer states as they share lessons learned from their experiences responding to the challenges faced in the early days of the pandemic.

DOE Weatherization Assistance Program managers will provide an overview of regulatory updates, recently released Weatherization Program Notices, the current status on the Enhancement and Innovation funds, SERC funds, and other important federal topics related to the WAP.
This session details the general process and expectations State administrators can prepare for when scheduled for a State monitoring visit with OCS staff.
Informed from NASCSP's Member Planning and Action meeting, DOE will respond to programmatic, fiscal and technical questions generated by members on important topics.
A follow-up to the session on enacting change through policy and programming, this session highlights innovative and emerging trends in the field of anti-poverty work. Hear from peer states about their work with universal basic income, workforce innovations, asset development, whole family approach, and how all of these exciting new programs are centered in Equity.

This joint fiscal session with focus on how to read a single audit and what state managers should look for when reviewing subgrantee single audits, including issuing appropriate management responses, such as Corrective Action Plans (CAP)
