This posting is for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) lead position. This position is responsible for WAP grant management, program management, adherence to federal and state reporting regulations and guidelines, contract management, public outreach and engagement, and technical invoice review and approval. This position is also responsible for developing community partnerships to support programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency in low-income households throughout Delaware to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the effects of climate change. Position may also be assigned work related to achieving the energy justice strategies outlined in the State Energy Plan. This is not a supervisory position.
