Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is hiring a Director of Energy to lead state, federal, and utility-funded weatherization and heating system programs serving income-eligible households on Cape Cod. This full-time role oversees program operations, staff supervision, contractor procurement and quality control, compliance with DOE and utility program requirements, and coordination with partners including Cape Light Compact, National Grid, and Eversource. The position is primarily office-based in Hyannis, Massachusetts, with some field coordination.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and significant experience in energy efficiency, weatherization, or related fields, including knowledge of DOE weatherization standards. At least two years of supervisory experience is required. BPI certification (or the ability to obtain it within three months) is required; active certification and construction experience are preferred. The salary range is $95,000–$105,000 per year, and this is a full-time salaried position (35 hours per week).
