Child Tax Credit (CTC) and the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) resources:
- ChildTaxCredit.gov allows Americans to check eligibility for the CTC/EITC in three questions or less and where to get free tax assistance. There is a specific section for Puerto Rico in both English and Puerto Rican Spanish.
- GetYourRefund.org has launched in partnership with VITA, an IRS-supported free tax service, where families can find the best places to get free tax services.
- MyFreeTaxes.com is available for Americans to file taxes and is now available in Spanish.
- The Youth Development Institute has a specific website recently launched in Puerto Rican Spanish where families can access specific information about the CTC/EITC.
- Findyourfunds.org offers outreach flyers, emails, social media, and videos available in 11 languages for national use to spread the word about the CTC/EITC.
