The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s State Energy Office has an open opportunity for a Solar for All Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of the Solar for All program.
- Oversee the $156,120,000 in funding activities, integration of new and complex federal guidelines (such as incorporating the Build America Buy America Act and the Davis Bacon rules), procurement, compliance, public outreach, reporting, quality management plans, and privacy standards to protect Personally Identifiable Information.
- Supervise a team of up to four staff members.
- Collaborate with and facilitate the EnergizeNC coalition partners as well as federal, state and local partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Work with the program Implementer to accomplish the goals of the program plan.
- Prepare legislative reports, presentations, and represent the State Energy Office on miscellaneous committees and internal/external work groups.
This is a time-limited position and currently qualifies for a hybrid telework option with routine office and remote workdays, with the office located in Raleigh, NC.
