Duties and Responsibilities:
Collection, analysis, and maintenance of data from Community Action Agencies administering the Weatherization Assistance Program.
Maintains electronic processing of technical monitoring schedules, reviewing and updating technical weatherization reports.
Completes all required U.S. Department of Energy forms for processing, tracking and project management of all multifamily jobs.
Ensure all weatherization professionals including contractors have the correct certification, all units are eligible for jobs, and contacting/coordinating work.
Provides direct weatherization technical support to the weatherization staff as directed by the Deputy Director.
Assist onsite by setting up, running and recording results from weatherization diagnostic tools such as infrared scans, blower door tests, and real-time as possible video capture of weatherized measures to be used in monitoring.
Scan, log, and record results in the database, research and summarize information based on weatherization projects, and support team activities.
Project management, planning, and implementation of multifamily projects and jobs in Michigan.
Collection and compilation of weatherization items such as contracts, monitoring reports, expenditures status reports, and any other informational requests required.
Provide onsite diagnostic testing to assist with monitoring using all COVID-19 safety protocols.
Checks and/or compares documents, forms, applications, or other materials for support work on projects and grant requirements.
Assist Deputy Director in updates, maintenance, and training of weatherization policies as necessary.
Check for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format in reports.
Organizes, maintains, and/or purges files, documents, and/or logs.
Retrieves and organizes documents for requests by auditors by the assigned due date.
Retrieves and compiles data and prepares reports.
Maintains all documentation related to projects and multifamily work.
Annually reviews all documentation on multifamily work for compliance to policy and procedures.
Provide general support such as managing/operating video conferencing meetings/trainings, preparing multimedia documents for weatherization, sending reminders, providing/generating monthly management reports, issuing materials, and responding to calls and emails as assigned.
