About the Position

The Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) seeks an Operations Manager to advance change at the intersection of clean energy, equity, and inclusion by collaborating with colleagues and partners to develop funding proposals and recruit diverse talent to IREC. This position will provide the opportunity to learn about and contribute to critical nonprofit management functions.

The Operations Manager will be closely involved with proposal development, digital fundraising, employee recruitment, and occasional events. The successful candidate will possess a proactive work style with strong follow-up skills and the desire to learn from experienced colleagues.
