KHRC is looking for a Community Services Block Grant
Program Manager (CSBG) for the Community Services
Division. This position will:

– Develop, manage and administer the Community Services
Block Grant (CSBG) and related programs.

– Provide direction and leadership within the Kansas Community
Services Block Grant Network as related to the “Results Oriented
Management and Accountability (ROMA) functions.

– Develop highly sophisticated training and technical
assistance to assist income eligible citizens of Kansas to
become economically self-sufficient.
