This position will report to BETP’s Bureau Chief and Deputy Commissioner of Energy and Technology Policy, and will create an inclusive and equitable approach to building energy retrofits, including deployment of measures related to weatherization and energy efficiency, clean heat, solar + storage, electric vehicle charging, resilience, and broadband access. Additionally, you will:
- Develop a diverse and dynamic team to leverage existing programs and incentives while identifying barriers and implementing solutions to those barriers;
- Apply for and/or manage related federal grants or programs;
- Work with other state and federal agencies, quasi-public agencies, non-profits, and other entities to define and reach common goals.
