Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily responsible for the collection and compilation of program administrative items such as contracts, monitoring reports, and expenditure status reports and any other informational requests required.
Checks and/or compares documents, forms, applications, or other materials for Support work on projects and grant requirements
Assist Deputy Director in updates, maintenance, and training of office policies as necessary.
Checks for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format.
Organizes, maintains, and/or purges files, documents, and/or logs.
Retrieves and organizes documents for requests by auditors by the assigned due date.
Retrieves and compiles data and prepares reports.
Provide general program assistant support such as scheduling meetings, managing/operating video conferencing meetings/trainings, sending reminders, providing/generating monthly management reports, issuing materials, and responding to calls and emails as assigned
Other duties as assigned.
