ROMA Next Generation Center of Excellence
NASCSP is working to develop the “Next Generation” of ROMA principles, practices and resources. NASCSP will accomplish this by assisting the Community Action Network in clearly understanding
how it is engaged in producing change for families and communities, and
what that change will be.
2012 ROMA Implementation Surveys
As part of the ROMA Next Generation Center of Excellence grant, NASCSP has surveyed CAAs and States on the ROMA Core Activities, as identified in IM 49. The ROMA Center will use this information to inform other grant activities.
Theory of Change
A Theory of Change describes a process of social change from the assumptions that guide its design to the long-term goals it hopes to achieve.
